As we approach the end of the year, Apple Music users will be able to see a summary of their music activity over the past year with the release of Apple Music Replay 2023. Similar to Spotify Wrapped, the feature has been a staple for Apple Music users, but this year the company has updated it a bit by introducing social media-friendly charts.

Apple Music Replay 2023 provides users with a comprehensive summary of their music journey throughout the year. The update improves the sharing experience compared to previous versions by bringing a total of seven charts that users can easily share online.
These charts include the number of minutes spent listening to songs, the number of artists discovered with an emphasis on the favorite of the year, and whether the user made it into an artist’s top 100 listeners.
Users can also see the number of songs listened to with a focus on the favorite album, the most played track and the number of albums listened to. The dominant genre in the user’s library is also displayed, giving insight into their musical preferences. A comprehensive summary is provided, summarizing total minutes, top artist, top album and top song of the year.
Apple Music Replay 2023 goes beyond just stats, offering a more personalized touch by presenting the top 15 artists, songs and albums along with the corresponding play time or minutes spent. Unlike previous years, this iteration even reveals users’ favorite playlists and top stations, providing a more holistic overview of their music journey.
